Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel a service booked through EasyHealths (such as a health consultation, diagnostic test, or subscription plan), here's how it works:

  • - Appointment-Based Services:
      - You may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.
      - Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be non-refundable or may incur a cancellation fee, depending on the service provider’s policy.
  • - Subscription Plans:
      - You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard.
      - Pro-rata refunds will not be issued for partially used subscription periods unless otherwise stated in the plan.
  • - Health Packages or Lab Test Bookings:
      - Cancellations before the scheduled pickup or test time will be fully refunded.
      - Once a test or sample collection has been initiated, no cancellation or refund will be processed.

Refunds

We don’t like to keep your money if you’re not getting the value. That said, we’ve got to follow process:

  • - Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • - In case of failed payments or duplicate charges, the refund will be automatic, usually within 72 hours.
  • - No-show by doctor/provider? We’ll issue a full refund or reschedule at your convenience—your choice.
  • - Technical issues? If a teleconsultation or service fails due to platform error or provider-side issues, you’ll get a refund or free rebooking.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Shoot us an email at mail@easyhealths.com.in or raise a ticket in your dashboard under 'My Bookings.' Include:

  • - Your order ID / appointment ID
    - Registered mobile/email
    - Brief reason for cancellation/refund

We’re humans too, so be honest—we’ll sort it.

Exceptions

We hate fine print, but here’s some anyway:

  • - Services availed or initiated cannot be refunded.
  • - We do not entertain refund requests beyond 7 days from the date of service.
  • - Any third-party platform or diagnostic partner rules may apply—if they’re stricter, we have to follow them.
